When it came down to buying my first condo, I realized that with the little money I had; I could only afford a really tiny condo. It turns out the value of my collection of shoes was my downpayment! I was the lady who literally lived in her shoes!! I may not own a condo just yet, but i'm happy with the pretty shoes on my feet. |

I think I buy shoes the way other people buy eggs - by the dozen. My mom passed down the shoeaholic gene and I think I've outdone her. Best of all, we have the same size feet, so, in addition to the 170+ pairs I own (that might not include boots, come to think of it) I also have borrowing priviledges to her stash, which probably number in the 80's. I have custom shoe closets built into every house I've ever owned. I have actually been recognized by my shoes - when I wasn't wearing them. My name is Fern, I am a shoe-aholic - and proud of it. I say shoes are good for the soul. |

I am a shoeaholic because all of my shoes are neatly stored and organised in our newly finished basement in dollar store plastic boxes with labels on them for each pair in the box. My handbags are stored in fabric bags with the name of the bag embroidered on the outside of the bad. . Now I can go downstairs and select my accessories easily. |

I am definatly a shoe-aholic!! My parents get so mad everytime i walk in the house with a shopping bag with a shoe box in it. My mom says that we need a bigger house to fit all my shoes but i can't stop buying! I have shoes in every different colour, shape, boot, shoe, heel, wedges, flats i love them all. Every pay check i get i spend it on my bills then go out and buy a new pair of boots or shoes! I love shopping and i LOVE shoes! Ever since i was little. The last time me and my Family went away it was on a cruise to the carribean. I brought 15 pairs of shoes/sandals to match every outfit i brought, i even bought some sandals while i was there. My mom ended up having to pay $40.00 extra because i had an extra suitcase just for my shoes. I LOVE Shoes!!! My boyfriend and I both love Town Shoes! |

Shoes are an underestimated, strikingly powerful object. They can improve you posture, make your legs looks fabulous, completly transform your outfit and most importantly, change your attitude. You know you're shoe-crazy when your carry-on's full of only your shoes - or you have a second closet for them...
Some people say that I am surely crazy. I just smile, and strut away slowly. Although people may tell you differently, you can never have enough shoes - NEVER! |

Why have a downpayment on a house when you can have more shoes?
My most expensive pair I purchased while in Paris. With the exchange they came out to being about $1050. I thought about it for about five seconds - rent or these amazing 30s style pinup girl stilletos? The shoes always win! |

First of all, I can not be outdone by my own wife, who recently confessed to being a shoe-aholic so here is my true confession: I am guy who owns at least 80 pairs of shoes and counting. If that weren't enough, I keep them all in their original boxes, on the upper shelves of every closet in our house, mainly because they are the only spots available since my wife can't reach them. I buy shoes wherever I go. Sometimes I even buy the same shoe in several colors. So, lock me up (preferably in a shoe store) and throw away the key, I am a certifiable shoe-aholic! |

I'm a shoe aholic because I had a wedding to go to. I was going crazy in the mall trying to figure out what to get so I find these beautiful pumps I had been wanting for months. So I bring the shoes home and my sister sayd.. " dont you have those already?". I look in my closet where my shoes are kept and I had the same ones in the box BRAND NEW! |

I am such a shoe aholic all the kids at work wait each morning too see what shoes I am going to be wearing, even made a deal with one student to write it in my will that she get all my shoes when I die. All of my shoes also have been named. I know your thinking that 50 shoes isn’t all that much its only because I keep my shoe count down but donating my 'older' shoes when I get new ones. That way there is always room in my closet and I always have an excuse to buy new ones! |
