• Q: What is the Town Shoes Shoe-aholic Club and how can I join?
  A:

  If you are a shoe-aholic and love shoes as much as we do, then you can join the Shoe-aholic Club (it’s free!). Member benefits include; monthly shoe-aholic alerts, gift with purchase offers, contest announcements, pre-sale invitations, free shipping on web orders, new store opening announcements and the chance to win a free pair of shoes! Visit our homepage and enter your name and email address at the top left where it says “Win Shoes”. Your name may be selected in our monthly draw for a free pair of shoes!

• Q: Who can I contact to tell about incredible service I received at a Town Shoes store?

  We love to hear about our staff when they provide the Ultimate Shoe Shopping Experience to all of our clients! Please email customerservice@townshoes.com to tell us about service beyond your expectations! We publish these stories in our company newsletter and reward the salesperson who is being recognized.

• Q: I love shoes! Are you hiring?

• Q: What are your stores hours?
  A:

  Our hours differ by store location. See our stores page for specific store hours when you can get some shoe shopping therapy!

• Q: Can I order shoes online?
  A:

  At this time, we do not have an ecommerce site to take payment over the internet, but you can email your order with the style number to fortheloveofshoes@townshoes.com.. We will do our best to locate the shoe and ship it to you. We only ship within Canada.

• Q: Can I buy a Town Shoes gift card for someone?
  A:

  Town Shoes Gift Cards are available in any denominations! You can purchase them at any Town Shoes location or online by emailing fortheloveofshoes@townshoes.com.

• Q: Do you carry more styles than what is shown on your site?
  A:

  We have new arrivals shipped into our stores on a daily basis and we can’t keep up on our website! We show a small selection of our women’s shoes, men’s shoes and handbags on our site, but the best assortment can be found at any of our Town Shoes locations across Canada.

• Q: Do all your locations carry the men’s collection?
  A:

  We currently sell our Men’s Collection at 27 locations. For the full list of locations, including which stores carry men’s shoes, see stores.

• Q: In a recent fashion magazine, I saw the shoe of my dreams! How can I find it?
  A:

  Check out our as seen in images on the website to identify the style number and price and visit any of our locations to try it on! If you cannot find it online contact fortheloveofshoes@townshoes.com. with the magazine date and page number.

• Q: How can I return or exchange an item I purchased at a Town Shoes store?
  A:

  Please take the unworn merchandise you purchased, along with the sales bill to the store that is most convenient for you. Any of our Personal Shoe-aholic Advisors will be happy to find another shoe of your dreams or give you a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. If you are beyond the 14 days, we will issue a store credit for the full amount.

• Q: What if a store does not have my size in the shoe I am looking for?
  A:

  Shoe-aholics always shop early for the best size selection! In our most popular styles and hottest brands, we often run out of sizes. Our Personal Shoe-aholic Advisors will take a Shoe-aholic Special Order. It takes approximately 5 days to locate the item in another location and have them shipped to the store that is convenient for you. When the shoes arrive at the store, you will be called to come in and try them on. There is no obligation once they are ordered.

• Q: Do you carry size 5 and 11?
  A:

  Yes! We know that shoe-aholics come in all sizes! We carry only a small selection of size 5 and size 11 in all locations. The largest assortment in these sizes can be found at our Toronto Eaton Centre, Yorkdale, and Sherway Gardens stores.

• Q: Who can I contact when I need some shoe advice?
  A:

  Please contact Shoezy with any of your fashion and shoe questions!

• Q: Are you opening stores outside of Ontario?
  A:

  Yes, Town Shoes has already expanded to British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba and Nova Scotia! PLUS we are also opening new stores this fall. See our stores page for a detailed list of locations.
